Hello I’m Ben, I’m a goal orientated trainer, I thrive on helping people achieve the goals that they set whether it be weight loss, improving strength, developing flexibility, I will help you every step of the way.
Weight training and fat loss are my strength areas and I get good results.

My sessions are all over body conditioning, using a mixture of bodyweight exercises and cardio. I’m here to help people look after themselves and feel great.
