Here at Absolute body confidence we are always using different equipment in different ways to make your body a calorie burning furnace while keep exercise fun or at least imaginative.

The bootcamp below is one such workout where you will use tires, kettle bells, and weight training bars in different ways to give you a top notch workout!

This Absolute Body Confidence Bootcamp  has 2 fat melting exercises per station paired together. Check out the exercises below!

In weeks 1-4 there will also be various core and abdominal workouts at the end of the session.

Here are the timings;

Weeks 1-4 – Perform each exercise 3 times for 30 seconds each time. Take 5 seconds to swap bases. Give the bootcamper 30 seconds to move to the next station. Circuit time 25 minutes

Weeks 5-6 – Perform each exercise 4 times for 30 seconds each time. Take 5 seconds to swap bases. Give the bootcamper 30 seconds to move to the next station. Circuit time 35 minutes

Weeks 7-8 – Perform each exercise 5 times for 30 seconds each time. Take 5 seconds to swap bases. Give the bootcamper 30 seconds to move to the next station. Circuit time 45 minutes
