This is Bootcamp number 5 for the Absolute Body Confidence indoor/outdoor Boot camp based in Ashley Green Just out side Berkhamsted and Chesham.
Boot camp 5 is a Cardiovascular session and is focused on burning calories and improving the fitness of your heart and lungs.
This bootcamp is not about running to get out of breath. You are going to use your whole body improving all round fitness or your arms, legs and torso.
Month 1 – There are two exercises at each station of the circuit. You can either work on your own swapping between the two exercises or make it more social and work with a partner. You’ll perform each exercise 3 times and perform the exercises for 30 seconds each. This will take you 32 minutes to complete leaving plenty of time for abdominal and core work.
Month 2 – The time on each exercise increases to 45 seconds per exercise. You’ll still perform each exercise 3 times so the workout will take 45 minutes to complete. Leaving time for a 10 minute warm up and a 5 minute stretch at the end.
